WoodSpring Suites Savannah Pooler

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The prices are excellent for the quality and comfort they offer. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything was well maintained. It’s definitely a great option if you’re looking for a good place to stay at a very reasonable price. I would especially like to thank Karina at the front desk for her outstanding service. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be coming back!

This hotel is in the middle of where the Tanger Outlet . Walking distance to almost anything you want m 8.5/10 room service needs to do better cleaning the rooms and the beds pull my covers back there was hair strands at the foot of the bed. Under the bed was still filthy .

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel! It is EXTREMELY clean and well cared for by an amazing group of people! Miss Symphony and Miss Amanda up front, Miss Amy in housekeeping, every single person who works here goes above and beyond to make this an exceptional place to stay. I am disabled and require a little extra help, and they have each gone out of their way to make sure I am comfortable and that I have everything I need. Most importantly, I feel VERY safe here (which is crucial to me) because I know this incredible staff is looking out for me!

This is a nice, clean hotel. The rates are reasonable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful….providing prompt service for guests and any issues they may have. But the star of the show is the manager, Ms. Korrena, who constantly goes above and beyond to accommodate all of her guests’ needs. She is genuinely caring, helpful, and attentive. Her warm, sincere attitude and kind heart ensure that guests are comfortable, and feel welcomed….and her professionalism is UNMATCHED!

I was pleasantly surprised on my initial stay at this extended stay hotel. I chose it for the location and convenience of my work & family routines after traveling from Atlanta a couple of years ago. I have been very impressed with the service and helpfulness of the staff at the Pooler location and kudos to the front desk personnel, especially Ms. Korenna…she is the absolute best in professionalism and follow up in handling requests or maintenance issues. My initial stay was only to be a couple of months at the most but as life is so unpredictable at times, my stay has extended well over a year. Ms. Korenna has only been at this location for a short time but she has really made a tremendous, positive difference, and all the guest I speak with are really glad she is here. She puts forth great effort in making sure the quest are well taken care of and that the property is clean and safe. I would highly recommend this location for either a short term getaway or for long term extended stay housing.

(My stay at the WoodSpring Suites in Pooler, Ga.) For this to be my very first time to ever stay at an establishment like this (an extended stay). I was VERY PLEASED at what it offered. I had previously came to inquire (and hopefully) to take a tour of the property. And it was MORE THAN what I was expecting. The general manager was what really made me decide that, this would be a place that I will enjoy and feel comfortable staying here. She was VERY PROFESSIONAL and warm welcoming me of my stay. ( Along with the other staff members ). Making sure she was answering any and all questions (or concerns) that I have had inreguards to the property. Which the property is very beautiful, safe and well kept. I am SO PLEASED at this property that. I'm now entering my third (3rd) month here. And I would recommend anyone to stay at THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION.

I have been staying at this hotel for awhile now and the staff is always kind and courteous! Housekeeping and the manager (Korrine) are always willing to help and do so with a smile. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure me and my family are comfortable. Not only are the staff great but it is ALWAYS clean amd smells nice which is always a plus when you are somewhere that has common areas for its guest.
